Learning the closed throttle position

Description

This procedure is a closed throttle position learning operation by monitoring the throttle position sensor output. This procedure must be performed each time the connector is disconnected from the throttle actuator or the ECM.

Execution procedure

1. Make sure the accelerator pedal is fully released.

2. Turn the ignition key to position «ON».

3. Turn the ignition key to position «OFF» and wait at least 10 seconds. Verify by sound that the throttle valve moves within the specified 10 seconds.
