Governing bodies
Air supply control
To turn on the fan and set the desired air supply, turn the regulator knob. Turn the knob clockwise to increase the air supply. Turn the knob counterclockwise to decrease the air supply.
Air temperature controller
This controller allows you to change the air temperature. Turn the knob to adjust the outlet air temperature of the deflectors.
Air distribution switch
This switch allows you to manually select the air supply to the passenger compartment, as described below:
- Air enters the passenger compartment through the central and side vents
- Air enters the passenger compartment through the central and side vents, as well as through the lower vents
- Air enters the cabin mainly through the lower vents
- Air enters the passenger compartment through the windshield vents and lower vents
- Air enters mainly through the windshield vents
Air recirculation mode
Move the air intake mode switch to the right, to the position to turn on the air recirculation mode. At the same time, the air in the car interior circulates in a closed circuit inside the cabin. It is recommended to turn on the recirculation mode when driving on dusty roads or in heavy traffic in order to isolate the car interior from the penetration of dust and unpleasant odors of car exhaust gases. The recirculation mode also allows you to maximize the decrease in the temperature in the cabin when the air conditioner is running.
Supply ventilation mode
Move the mode switch to the left to the position to turn on the fresh air mode.
Heater operation
The heater starts working only after the engine has warmed up to operating temperature.
Heating
In heating mode, warm air enters the passenger compartment through the lower vents.
- 1. Move the air intake mode switch to the left to the position for normal operation of the heating system.
- 2. Set the air distribution mode switch knob to
- 3. Turn the fan speed control to the desired position
- 4. Turn the temperature control knob to the desired angle, between the center and the far right (hot air) position.
To speed up the warming up of the cold interior of the car, turn on the air recirculation mode ( switch position). Remember to turn off the recirculation mode as soon as the air in the cabin warms up enough.
Cabin ventilation
In ventilation mode, air enters the passenger compartment through the side and center vents.
- 1. Move the air intake mode switch to the left to position to turn on the air recirculation mode
- 2. Set the air distribution mode switch knob to the position.
- 3. Turn the fan speed control to the desired position.
- 4. Turn the air temperature control knob to the desired position.
Glass blowing
This mode is used to remove condensed moisture or frost from the windows.
- 1. Move the supply mode switch to the left to position , for normal heating operation
- 2. Set the air distribution mode switch knob to
- 3. Turn the fan speed control to position 2 or more
- 4. Turn the temperature control knob to the desired angle, between the center and the far right (hot air) position.
For accelerated cleaning of the glass from condensate or frost, set the fan performance control to position 4, the air temperature control to position
Interior heating and glass defrost
The mode combines interior heating and windscreen blowing:
- 1. Move the air intake mode switch to the left to position
- 2. Set the air distribution mode switch knob to
- 3. Turn the fan speed control to position 2 or more.
- 4. Turn the temperature control knob to the desired angle, between the center and the far right (hot air) position
Air conditioner (if available)
To turn on the air conditioner, start the engine, turn the fan speed control to the desired position and press the button «A/C». When the air conditioner is running, the air entering the passenger compartment is cooled and dried. To turn off the air conditioner, press this button again.
Interior air cooling
This mode is used to reduce the temperature of the air in the passenger compartment and to dehumidify the air entering the passenger compartment:
- 1. Move the air intake mode switch to the left to position
- 2. Set the air distribution mode switch knob to the position
- 3. Turn the fan speed control to the desired position
- 4. Turn on the air conditioner (the indicator built into the button should light up)
- 5. Turn the air temperature control knob to the desired position.
For accelerated interior cooling in hot weather, set the air intake mode switch to the right to the position. After reducing the temperature in the cabin to a comfortable level, do not forget to switch the system to the supply ventilation mode (move the inflow switch to position ). This will prevent stagnation of air in the cabin and fogging of the windows.
Interior heating with pre-dried air
This mode is used to supply dehumidified warm air into the passenger compartment:
- 1. Move the air intake mode switch to the left to position
- 2. Set the air distribution mode switch knob to
- 3. Turn the fan speed control to the desired position
- 4. Turn on the air conditioner (the indicator built into the button should light up),
- 5. Turn the air temperature control knob to the desired position.
Windscreen blowing with pre-dried air
This mode is used for blowing windows with dried air:
- 1. Move the air intake mode switch to the left to position
- 2. Set the air distribution mode switch knob to
- 3. Turn the fan speed control to the desired position.
- 4. Turn on the air conditioner (the indicator built into the button should light up)
- 5. Turn the air temperature control knob to the desired position
Air distribution throughout the cabin
The diagrams below show the distribution of airflow and the positions of the climate controls that maximize the efficiency of the heater, air conditioning and defrosters.
Note: Do not turn on the recirculation mode for heating or defrost.

Air filter ventilation system (if available)
The air entering the car interior through the heater or air conditioner is filtered to remove dust, plant pollen and other contaminants. In order for the ventilation, heating and air conditioning systems to work properly, it is necessary to periodically replace the filter element in accordance with the vehicle maintenance schedule.
The air filter of the ventilation system must be replaced ahead of time if the air supply to the passenger compartment is significantly reduced or the windows begin to quickly become covered with condensed moisture when the air conditioner is turned on.
Air conditioner maintenance
The air conditioning system in your car (if available) filled with environmentally friendly refrigerant.
Maintenance of the air conditioner installed on your vehicle requires special equipment for charging with refrigerant and special lubricant. Using the wrong refrigerant or lubricant can cause serious damage to the air conditioning system. Applied brands of refrigerant and lubricants are indicated in the relevant section «Technical information».
