Removing
1. Remove the front mudguard (if available). See section «Mudguard».
2. Turn off fixing bolts of protective slips of wings. To gain access to the mounting bolts of the bumper cornice, partially remove the protective lining of the wings (right, left). See section «Protective lining of the wing».
3. Remove the lower clips from the front bumper.
4. Squeeze the left and right grille fasteners outward (in the direction of arrow 1), push forward and disengage (in the direction of arrow 2).
5. Turn out fixing bolts from both parties of a forward bumper.
6. Raise the front bumper, pull towards you and separate from the front fender on both sides.
7. Disconnect the connectors from the fog lights (if any) at both sides.
8. Remove the front bumper assembly from the vehicle.
Note: Work with two people.
9. Remove fog light trim (if any). See chapter electrical equipment.
10. Remove the fog lights (if any). See chapter electrical equipment.
11. Remove the front bumper energy damper.
12. Remove the clips from the bumper stiffener on both sides.
13. Turn off bolts of a rack of a support of the lock of a cowl.
14. Turn off four fixing nuts on the right and two on the left of a stiffening rib of a bumper and remove a stiffening rib from a body.
15. Remove a rack of a bumper, a lateral bracket of a bumper, a forward air duct from the left and right sides.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
