Removing
Radiator core upper support
1. Remove the shock sensor.
2. Remove the air duct.
3. Remove the bumper stiffener.
4. Remove the hood latch assembly.
5. Remove the air duct.
6. Remove the clamp from the washer reservoir inlet and disconnect the hose from the reservoir inlet.
7. Remove the ambient air temperature sensor.
8. Remove the horn.
9. Turn off bolts and remove the top support of a core of a radiator.
Radiator core lower support
1. Remove the stiffener of the front bumper. See section «Exterior finish».
2. Remove the engine protection from the bottom.
3. Take out clips from below a forward bumper. See section «Exterior finish».
4. Tie a rope around all the top supports of the radiator core and condenser.
Note: To prevent the condenser and heatsink from falling when removing the bottom support of the heatsink core.
5. Turn off bolts and remove the bottom support of a core of a radiator.
6. Remove the clips from the bottom of the duct (right) and remove the lower supports of the radiator core from the passenger compartment.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
