Radiator and fan mounting components for models with manual transmission and K / V
1 - Radiator; 2, 14 - Rubber supports; 3 - Upper radiator hose; 4, 6, 10, 12 - Hose clamp; 5 - Radiator cover; 7, 13 - Expansion tank hose; 8 - Expansion tank; 9 - Assembly of the fan; 11 - Lower radiator hose
1. Empty the cooling system (see Section Coolant replacement).
2. Turn out fixing bolts that it was possible to move the relay block.
3. Remove wheel arch lockers and grille (see Section Removal and installation of the e/motor of the fan of a heater).
4. Remove the upper and lower radiator hoses.
5. On models with AT remove the oil cooler hoses and plug them.
6. Hang the radiator on the harnesses (together with a fan) and the condenser of the A/C system on the upper support beam of the radiator.
7. Remove the upper air duct retainers on the right side of the radiator.
8. Turn out bolts of fastening of the bottom basic beam of a radiator (see chapter Body).
9. Remove the lower air duct retainers and lower radiator support bar.
10. Loosen the harnesses and remove the radiator/fan assembly by lowering them under the vehicle.
11. Separate a broad tank from a casing of the fan, having pulled it up and in a direction of the left side of the car.
12. Remove the fan assembly from the radiator.
13. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of dismantling the components. When installing the lower radiator support beam, make sure the rubber feet fit into the appropriate holes.
