Gear oil
Drain
1. Start the engine and warm up the gearbox.
2. Stop the engine. Remove the plug (1) from the drain hole and drain the transmission oil.
3. Place a new gasket on the drain plug and screw it into the clutch housing. Tighten to the required torque.
Attention. Do not reuse the gasket.
Refueling
1. Remove the plug (1) from the filler hole. Fill with fresh transmission oil until it reaches the specified level at the plug hole, as shown in the figure.
Oil grade and viscosity: see chapter «Maintenance».
Oil filling capacity: See paragraph below. «Technical data and specifications».
2. After refueling, check the oil level. See below.
3. Place a new gasket on the filler plug and screw it into the transmission housing.
Attention. Do not reuse the gasket.
4. Tighten the filler plug to the required torque.
Leak check
Make sure there are no oil leaks from the manual transmission and surrounding areas.
Level check
1. Remove the plug (1) from the filler hole and check the oil level through the plug hole as shown in the figure.
Attention. Do not start the engine while checking the oil level.
2. Place a new gasket on the filler plug and screw it into the transmission housing.
Attention. Do not reuse the gasket.
3. Tighten the filler plug to the required torque.
