Removal
1. Remove the wheels from the vehicle.
2. Separate the outer tie rod ends from the steering knuckle. See chapter «Steering».
3. Remove the stabilizer connecting rod.
4. Remove the engine protection from the bottom.
5. Remove the rear reaction rod.
6. Separate the intermediate shaft from the steering mechanism. See chapter «Steering».
7. Support the front suspension beam with a suitable jack.
8. Remove the front suspension beam strut from the vehicle.
9. Gradually lower the jack with the front suspension beam and unscrew the stabilizer mounting bolts.
10. Unscrew the mounting bolts (+) stabilizer brackets, then remove the stabilizer brackets and bushings from the front suspension beam.
11. Remove the stabilizer bar from the vehicle.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
Attention:
- Install the stabilizer bushings with the slot towards the front of the car.
- Install the stabilizer brackets with the cutout facing the front of the car.
Check after removal
Check the stabilizer tie rod, bushings and brackets for deformation, cracks or damage. Replace if necessary.
