Removal and installation
Removal
1. Open the fuel filler door completely.
2. Remove the cap from the fuel tank filler neck.
3. Unscrew the TORX bolts and remove the fuel filler door assembly.
4. After removing the fuel filler door assembly, remove the following components:
- Fuel tank filler cap holder,
- rubber shock absorber,
- spring.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Attention:
- After installation, check how the fuel filler door closes/opens.
- After installation, apply paint (to match the body color) on the heads of the mounting screws.
Note. After installation, adjust the fit.
