2. Check the level in the expansion tank; if the level is below the mark "Min", add to the mark "Max", using only the specified anti-freeze/water mixture (Pic. 2.1). If the expansion tank is empty, check the level in the radiator and top it up before opening the filter (Pic. 2.2), then close the radiator cap and add the expansion tank to the mark "Max" (photo).

2.2V. Top up the radiator if the expansion tank is empty
3. If frequent refueling is required, there is likely a leak in the system or the engine is frequently overheating. Check all hoses and connector surfaces. If no leaks are found, check the system pressure as there may be an internal leak. Check the engine oil level in this case, an internal coolant leak may cause the oil level in the sump to rise.
4. With the frequency given in Section "Maintenance" at the beginning of this manual, carefully check all hoses, hose clamps and gaskets. Replace any suspect hoses and brackets as necessary.
5. Check all drive belts. Replace worn or damaged drive belts as necessary.
6. Change the coolant in the cooling system using fresh antifreeze.
