1. The sunroof circuit is powered by the battery through the brown fusible link, the power window reverse current relay, and the relay located at the rear of the fuse box. The sunroof switch is installed in the roof lamp console.
2. A circuit of two relays and a motor/limiter switch assembly are installed in the roof.
3. On early models with Japanese-made hatches, when closed from the fully open position, the hatch will stop approximately 150 mm from the fully closed position. The switch must be released and pressed fully again to close the roof completely. This is a built-in safety feature to avoid pinching fingers.
