1. Apply the handbrake, engage 1st or 3rd gear (manual transmission) or "R" (automatic transmission). Block the front wheels and raise the rear of the car. Remove both wheels.
2. Unscrew all four locking nuts and bolts of the balancer hinges. Remove, if necessary, the rear (adjustable) balancers.
3. Loosen the bolts securing the ends of the rear stabilizer bar to the suspension at the bottom of the suspension braces, remove the stabilizer bar clamps.
4. Unscrew the four mounting nuts and remove the cross member with the cross beams. Remove the balancers.
5. Installation is carried out in reverse order. Tighten the crossmember mounting nuts to the torque specified in Specifications.
6. Lower the vehicle and shake it to adjust the suspension components. Tighten with the tightening torque specified in Specifications, sway bar pivot bolt lock nuts, stabilizer bar clamp bolts.
7. Adjust toe and check wheel angles.
