Tetraethyl lead-free gasoline

Fuel recommended for use - see subsection 6.3.1.1.

For all Nissan Sunny models, it is recommended to use gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 95 (research method). For all models with a catalytic converter, only tetraethyl lead-free gasoline must be used. Do not use gasoline containing tetraethyl lead as this may damage the catalytic converter. On models without a catalytic converter, both types of fuel can be used.
