Preparatory work
Relieve fuel pressure.
Remove the accelerator cable.
Remove the upper intake manifold support.
Remove the crankcase ventilation hose (between intake manifold and valve cover).
Disconnect the fuel injector connectors.
Remove the vacuum hose and bracket.
Remove air tube (steering air valve).

Removing
Attention: After removing the hoses, close the holes with plugs to prevent fuel leakage.
Installation
Insert the fuel pipe into the hose so that the front end of the hose matches the protrusion on the pipe, tighten the clamp firmly.
Start the engine, rev up and check for fuel leaks.

Removing
Attention: Be careful with fire, because. the remaining fuel in the tube will flow out.
Installation
Tighten the mounting bolts in two steps.
1st stage:
: 9,3-10,8 N-m (0.95-1.1 kg m)
2nd stage:
: 20,6-26,5 N-m (2.1 -2.7 kg m)
Fuel injectors
Removing
1. Open the clip and remove it.
2. Remove the fuel injectors from the fuel tube.
Attention:
Do not damage the sprayer area.
Do not drop the nozzle or subject it to impact.
Do not disassemble or adjust nozzles.
Installation
1. Install O-rings (installation is carried out in the same way as on the pressure regulator).
Attention:
Install O-rings with bare hands (without gloves).
Lubricate the O-rings with a small amount of fresh engine oil (with low viscosity, approx. 5W-30).
Do not clean or soak them in various solvents.
Keep o-rings and surrounding parts free of dirt and foreign particles.
Do not scratch the O-rings with a tool or fingernail during installation. Also, do not twist or stretch the O-rings. If the O-ring is stretched during installation (twisted), then its further use is impossible.
Install the O-ring into the fuel pipe straight, straight, and do not turn or tilt it to the side.
2. Insert the clip into the nozzle groove.
Align the lug of the nozzle with the groove on the clamp and insert it.
3. With the clamp in the installation position, align the protrusion on the side of the fuel tube with the protrusion on the side of the injector, insert the injector onto the tube straight, without distortion.
4. After the final installation of the fuel injector, make sure that the protruding flange on the side of the fuel pipe and the protrusion on the side of the fuel injector are engaged with the clamp.
Attention: Do not reuse the clip, replace it with a new one.
