2. If the valve seat was removed, check the condition of the contact surface before installing it, see above.
3. Install the valve spring seat.
4. Install the valve gland.
Install with punch (special tool) according to the dimensions in the picture.
5. Install the valve.
Install larger valves on the intake side.
6. Install valve spring.
Install the spring with a smaller interturn spacing (colored label side) from the side of the cylinder head.
7. Establish a plate of a valvate spring.
8. Install crackers.
Compress the valve spring with the compressor and install the cotters with the magnetic pin.
After installation, lightly tap the valve stem with a plastic mallet to ensure proper seating.
9. Install spark plugs.
Install with a spark plug wrench.
10. Install the water outlet.
Apply sealant in a continuous bead as shown.
