Locking and unlocking with the locking lever
Front doors
To lock the door, press the locking lever, to unlock it, pull the handle towards you. Locking or unlocking the driver's door with the lock lever locks or unlocks all doors (including tailgate).
Rear sliding doors
To lock the door, press the locking lever, to unlock it, pull the lever up.
To open the door after unlocking, just pull the handle.
Attention: Before opening, make sure that nothing protrudes from the door pocket.
Locking and unlocking the doors with the door lock switch
The door lock switch next to the driver's seat locks or unlocks the front passenger doors, rear side doors and rear door.
Pressing the front of the switch will lock the doors, pressing the back of the switch will unlock the doors.
Note: On some models, the lock switch can only unlock the driver's door.
Door lock protector against childish pranks
With this fuse, the rear side doors can be locked regardless of the position of the lock lever. Use this switch when transporting children.
Locking
To lock, move the lever located on the left and right rear side doors to the LOCK position and close the door.
To unlock the door, you must return the lever to its original position.
Door opening
To open a locked door, pull the door handle from the outside.
Automatic closing
The system automatically fully closes the rear side door if it stops halfway during closing.
Attention:
- Do not get your hands caught in the rear side door.
- When closing, do not hold on to the edges of the door, but hold on to the handle.
Note:
- If you close the rear side door while holding the handle pulled towards you, the door will not close automatically.
- Automatic closing of the door may also not occur if the battery is partially discharged.
- If for any reason the door stops halfway, open the door and close it manually again.
- If the rear side door does not open due to a breakdown in the automatic closing system, contact a service station.
