If the transmission assembly is removed from the vehicle, the concentric clutch slave cylinder must always be replaced. To remove the transmission assembly, return the concentric clutch slave cylinder insert to its original position. Dust from the working surfaces of the clutch discs can damage the clutch slave cylinder oil seal, resulting in clutch fluid leaks.
Do not reuse gear oil drained from the gearbox.
Check the level or change the gear oil while the vehicle is on a level surface.
During removal or installation, do not allow dust and dirt to enter the gearbox housing.
Before installing a part, make sure that its position is correct. When applying alignment marks, make sure that they do not affect the functioning of the parts.
Tighten the bolts or nuts gradually in several steps, diagonally, from the inside out. If a tightening sequence is specified, use it.
Be careful not to damage the contact or friction surfaces.
