Removing
1. Remove the lower oil pan and oil pickup.
2. Remove the rear oil seal retainer.
3. Remove the upper part of the oil pan:
Loosen the mounting bolts in the reverse order shown in the figure.

Install two studs (A), two washers (IN) and two nuts (WITH) in place of the bolts securing the upper part of the oil pan.
1. Upper oil pan.
2. Block of cylinders.
Note. Use studs M8x90 mm.
Detach the upper part of the oil pan from the cylinder block by gradually tightening the nuts. Remove the upper part of the oil pan.
4. Remove the oil pump parts.
5. Install the oil pump and oil pump oil deflector:
Install oil pump (1), oil pump deflector (2), drive chain and sprocket.
Tighten the oil pump mounting bolts (A) in two stages: first with a tightening torque of 5.0 Nm, and then with 25.0 Nm.
Tighten the mounting bolt (IN) oil pump oil deflector with a torque of 8.0 Nm.
Installing the upper part of the oil pan
1. Scraper (A) remove the old sealant residues from the contact surfaces of the upper oil pan and 6 cylinders, as well as the bolt holes and threads.
Attention. Be careful not to scratch or twist the contact surfaces while removing the old sealant.
Apply a continuous bead of sealant with a special gun (A) diameter 3.0-7.0mm as shown in the picture.

Note.
- Use original sealant or equivalent.
- On the five bolt holes marked with triangles in the figure, the sealant must be applied to the inside.
- Installation must be done within five minutes of applying the sealant.
7. Tighten the mounting bolts in two stages in the sequence shown in the figure:
- First stage: 10.0 Nm.
- Second stage: 25.0 Nm.
8. Install the rear oil seal holder.
9. To establish other details in an order, the return to removal.
Note. Fill the engine with engine scrap half an hour after installing the oil pan.
