Caring for alloy wheels

Wash the wheels regularly with a soft sponge dampened with a neutral detergent solution, especially in areas where salt is used to treat roads in winter. Salt contamination can discolor the surface of the wheels and leave indelible stains on the wheels if not regularly washed off the wheels.

• To prevent light alloy wheels from tarnishing and discolouration, follow the tips below.
• Do not use cleaners containing acids or alkalis to wash the wheels.
• Do not wash discs if they are hot. When washing rims, their temperature. must not exceed the ambient temperature.
• It is necessary to wash off the cleaner from the wheels no later than 15 minutes after its application.
