Wheel care

To maintain a good appearance, wash the wheels at the same time as washing the car.

Clean the inside of the wheels of dirt deposits when changing wheels or washing the underbody of the vehicle.

When caring for wheels, do not use abrasive cleaners.

Regularly inspect wheel flanges for distortion and signs of corrosion. Such defects can cause a drop in air pressure in the tires or damage to the tire bead.

In areas where salt is used to treat roads in the winter, Nissan recommends the use of wax-based protective compounds to protect the wheels during winter operation.
