Recommended operating materials and filling capacities of units and systems

The table shows approximate filling capacities. Actual filling capacities may differ slightly from those given in the table. To avoid errors when refueling vehicle units and systems, strictly follow the instructions.

• ^*3 Use only genuine Nissan coolant. The use of non-genuine coolant can lead to corrosion of aluminum alloy parts of the engine cooling system. It must be remembered that the manufacturer's warranty does not cover malfunctions of the cooling system if non-original coolant is used, even if these malfunctions occur during the warranty period.
• ^*4 Use of a fluid other than genuine Nissan ATF Matic Fluid type S will result in reduced transmission performance, reduced transmission life or damage that is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
• ^*5 Use only genuine Nissan CVT Fluid NS-2. Using a non-Nissan CVT Fluid (NS-2), will result in damage to the continuously variable CVT that is not covered by Nissan's warranty.
