1. A centering rod is usually required to center the driven disc (KV30101000), shown in the illustration. If such a rod is not available, the existing clutch shaft can be used. If both possibilities cannot be used, it is possible to align the driven disk with a rod whose outer diameter corresponds to the inner diameter of the spline connection. Screw a trunnion onto this rod, which has the same internal diameter as the pilot bearing in the crankshaft. Craftsmen can align the disc by eye. When installing the driven disc, install the longer side of the disc hub outward, i.e. towards the gearbox.
Using a special centering rod when installing the clutch.
2. Coat the shaft splines with a small amount of grease before installing the clutch.
3. If the previous clutch is installed, install the clutch basket according to the marks on the flywheel.
4. Tighten the clutch bolts in a criss-cross pattern in several passes in the sequence shown in illustrations, with a force of 22 - 29 Nm. While doing this, remove and insert the centering rod frequently to check the installation.
