2. If grease is seen coming out of the bearing, or the bearing is difficult to turn by hand, it should be replaced.
3. Remove the rubber boot from the clutch fork.
4. Disconnect the fork ball spring with a screwdriver (photo).

5. Remove the clutch release fork.

Attention! Check fork for cracks and deformations. Check the freedom of rotation of the bearing by hand. The release bearing must not be washed in solvent. When installing a new clutch, the release bearing must be replaced.
7. If necessary, press the release bearing off the hub (photo).

8. Press in the new bearing by applying pressure to the outer race.
9. Assembly is carried out in the reverse order. Lay refractory grease into the inner cavity of the hub (photo).

10. Apply a thin layer of the same lubricant to the friction surfaces of the fork. Excess lubrication is not allowed
11. When installing the fork on the release bearing, make sure that the ends of the spring are in the groove of the bearing and rest against the fork (photo).
