2. Remove the gearbox (Ch. 7A).
3. Remove the clutch.
4. Wipe the bushing and check the condition by illuminating the bushing hole.
5. Press out the bushing (photo).
9.5 Removing the guide bush with a special puller
6. In the absence of a special puller for pressing out the bushing, remove the bushing using a hydraulic hammer. To do this, fill the recess in the crankshaft with grease, carefully removing air, and hit the mandrel inserted into the bushing. The diameter of the mandrel must not be less than the inner diameter of the sleeve (photo). Remove bushing and remove all grease.

7. Press in a new bushing. The distance from the outer edge of the sleeve to the surface of the crankshaft flange must be A = 4 mm (photo).
8. Install clutch and gearbox.
