Removing
1. Disconnect from the cylinder the fitting of the hydraulic pipes (photo), plug the pipes.
5.1 The damper cylinder is fixed to the bulkhead of the engine compartment with two screws
2. Turn out two screws and remove the cylinder.
Disassembly
3. Turn away bolts and remove a cover, get other details (photo).
5.3 Parts of the damping cylinder
1. Lid; 2. Gasket; 3. Cylinder; 4. Fitting for pumping; 5. The inner surface of the cylinder; 6. Spring; 7. Cuff; 8. Piston; 9. Thrust surface damper; 10. Rubber damper
4. Wash all parts in clean brake fluid.
5. Check up a condition of an internal surface of the cylinder. If corrosion or scratches are found, replace the cylinder.
6. Check up a backlash between the cylinder and the piston. If the gap exceeds 0.15 mm, then replace the piston or cylinder, selecting the parts so that the gap is correct.
7. When assembling, moisten the piston and cylinder with clean brake fluid. Make sure all rubber parts are installed correctly.
Installation
8. Install the cylinder in reverse order.
9. Bleed the clutch hydraulic (see below).
