Removing
1. Remove the toothed belt, pulley and pallet.
2. Turn away bolts and remove an oil receiver.
3. Turn away bolts of the oil pump and remove the pump, having displaced blows through a wooden blank (photo).

4. Clean the pump.
Examination
5. Remove cap and wash all parts in solvent. Unscrew the plug and remove the pressure reducing valve (photo).

6. Check pump clearances (photo). If one of the clearances is out of specification, replace the pair of gears or the pump.

7. Fill the pump cavity with petroleum jelly and assemble the pump.
Installation
8. Lubricate the split plane of the pump with sealant.
9. Install all parts in reverse order, replacing all gaskets and seals (photo).
