2. Locate the oil pressure switch block.
3. Remove the switch switch and replace it with an adapter for connecting a mechanical pressure gauge. To seal the threaded connection of the nozzle, use a Teflon sealing tape or FUM tape.
4. Connect an accurate tachometer to the engine according to the manufacturers instructions.
5. Check the oil pressure with the engine running at the speed specified in the Specifications and warmed up to normal operating temperature. Compare measurement results with regulatory requirements. If the pressure is too low, the degree of wear of the bearings and/or the oil pump should be assessed.
