2. Unscrew the nozzles with a suitable wrench (27 mm).
3. Clean and inspect the nozzles.
4. Attach the nozzle to the tester and bleed the air through the union nut.
5. Check the nozzle opening pressure by pressing the pump handle once per second.
- New nozzle: 130-138 kgf/cm2
- Working nozzle: 125-135 kgf/cm2
Be sure to check the injection start pressure before installing a new injector.
6. Check the spray pattern by fully depressing the pump handle once per second.
7. If the injection start pressure or jet shape is abnormal, adjust, clean or replace the nozzle.
8. Reinstall the injectors, connect the inlet and outlet fuel lines.
Tightening torques, Nm:
- Nozzles: 59-69
- Lead pipes: 22-25
- Outlet tube: 39-49
9. Remove air from the power system and after starting the engine, check for fuel leaks.
