Detachment
WARNING: Avoid excessive bending, kinking or straining of the brake hoses.
1. Place vinyl tubing over the air release valves.
2. Drain the brake fluid through all valves while depressing the brake pedal.
3. Turn away a cap nut fastening a brake tube to a hose; and pull out the retaining spring.
4. Close the openings to prevent dirt from entering the hydraulic system.
Accession
1. Tighten all union nuts and connecting bolts to the following torques:
- Union nut - 15-18 Nm
- Connecting bolt - 17-20 Nm
2. Fill the system with new brake fluid.
3. Remove air from the system (see previous section).
